- Help to define within the Digital Acquisition & Automation area and together with Digital Commercialisation, Retail and Marketing the acquisition strategy and frameworks with a strong focus on digitalization and automation; to respond to global and market-specific needs, hitting defined targets and business objectives.
- Plan, execute and control together with the team, all the digital acquisition campaigns across the funnel including the onboarding of a new client/hotel in collaboration with the key stakeholders and focused on conversion rate optimisation and keeping an eye on the customer/hotel experience and churn rates.
- Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensuring consistent and positive customer interactions across all touchpoints.
- Oversee and control the operation of the content calendar managed by and in collaboration with the Content Marketing Manager, giving guidance on trends based on data & SEO performance.
- Monitor and optimize all global digital acquisition activities to ensure on-time delivery, cost-efficiency, highest quality standards, and the highest ROI with an eye on performance-related KPIs.
- Planning and delivering high-impact campaigns: paid search, display, and social advertising strategies across the B2B travel environment.
- Transmit knowledge in an assertive and engaging way to drive other people’s behaviours; guiding, helping and inspiring colleagues and stakeholders (flexibility to travel) so that loyalty programs are rolled-out and operated in the markets according to a globally-coordinated strategy, standards and processes.
- Minimum 5 year experience in operation and execution of digital campaigns in a multi-market or global reach.
- Proficient in planning, executing and delivering high-impact campaigns: paid search, display, and social advertising strategies across the B2B travel environment focused on the company’s annual targets.
- Growth hacking approach and mindset, with adaptability and flexibility to think beyond with creative solutions.
- High level of understanding of B2B business environment.
- Project management skills and ability to coordinate resources, time, cost and stakeholders to deliver high-value results.
- Used to creative human-centered techniques in defining new business solutions and marketing programs.
- Strong analytical skills required to understand and handle quantitative data.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Package
- Aware of market specific channels such as Marketo, Salesforce, Hubspot, Tableau, Google Analytics, Landbot, Drupal or similar.
- Studies area: Business, Technology or Marketing.
- High level of English essential (C1 level equivalent).
- Tourism industry knowledge is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with a variety of individuals and skill levels.
- Team player, always willing to collaborate and add value to the team.
- Communication skills, proactive and assertive attitude.
