- Provide top-notch technical support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues to deliver effective solutions.
- Educate customers on product functionalities and best practices.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions within our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with product and engineering teams to address complex issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with the resolution provided.
- Keep abreast of product updates and the latest industry trends to enhance support quality.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills focused on customer care.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and remote assistance tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively.
