- Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, retention, compensation, and employee engagement.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
- Assist in the implementation of HR technologies and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1+, 2+ years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Required languages: English.
- Educational level: Bachelor’s degree.
- Special conditions or requirements: Open to work in a global environment with different cultures and languages.
