- Support and collaborate in recruitment processes, from sourcing to interviews
- Follow up on administrative tasks such as employee onboarding, documentation, and contract management
- Assist in the onboarding experience for new hires, making sure they feel welcome and informed
- Help monitor and improve employee benefits programs
- Support the implementation and tracking of workplace safety and risk prevention plans
- Contribute to process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across HR operations
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for people, culture, and creating meaningful employee experiences
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Strong execution and problem-solving skills — you’re not afraid to tackle challenges head-on.
- Takes accountability and consistently owns the outcome throughout the process.

- Have previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or recruitment
