- Communicate with clients primarily in German (80%) and English (20%)
- Handle inquiries related to corporate credit cards and transaction issues
- Provide support via phone and email
- Ensure client satisfaction through professional and friendly communication
- Work Monday to Friday, 9:00-20:00 (split shifts), with one rotating day off per week
- Native or fluent in German
- High level of English
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
- Reliable, flexible, and professional
- Eligible to work in Spain starting September 2025
- Permanent contract with a 2-month probation period
- Paid training under contract
