- Process analyst with operational background, ideally focused on Customer processes such as communications, password management and all services that we should provider to our customers
- Identify requirements from different stakeholders; Business, Product, Legal, Compliance, etc and build a common solution for all areas.
- Process definition and diagram with BPMN methodology. Basic knowledge of the most common tools: APPIAN, ARIS, INVISIO, BIZAGI, Confluence.
- Generation of support documentation; diagram flows, operational model, data model.
- Design of user stories in JIRA for development teams, in addition to other ways to transfer requirements to these teams.
- Design of test plans so that test teams can execute tests that guarantee the expected behavior of the SW.
- Identification of SLA's and continuous improvement of tasks and operations budget. Mindset process automation oriented.
- Control Model definition associated with the operation: definition of KPI’s, implementation in PRO and execution. Detection of needs and improvement of the control model.
- Change management; preparation of documentation, ability to transfer knowledge to BBOO users -through training sessions.
- +3 years of experience in a similar role.
- University or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, ADE or similar field.
- Basic Knowledge of SQL.
- Good domain of Excel and Office tools.
- Jira and Confluence will be desirable.
- Strong ownership behaviour and proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in Operations Backoffice.
- Basic knowledge of the most common tools: APPIAN, ARIS, INVISIO, BIZAGI, Confluence.
