- You’ll manage and oversee spa operations of the spa and gym facilities to ensure successful achievement of overall business goals and objectives.
- You’ll ensure an excellent guest experience.
- You’ll ensure that the spa and gym operate cost effectively and efficiently.
- You’ll implement inventory control procedures to ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained.
- You’ll develop budgets and short to long range strategic planning for the operation of the spa.
- You’ll develop the standard operating procedures and policies.
- You’ll work with the Sales & Marketing team regarding all aspects of spa and gym promotions.
- You’ll ensure compliance with applicable health regulations and hygiene standards.
- You’ll maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing, promotions and sales techniques.
- +3 years experience in a management or supervisory position in a spa and gym or related field.
- Previous experience in hospitality within luxury hotels.
- Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the company's values.
- You’ve certification in massage therapy or aesthetics from a recognized institution.
- Proficient knowledge of computer systems such as: Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is required.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English. Additional languages will be highly valuable.
