Check us out atWhat you'll doAt Frekuent, we’re not just building payment solutions — we’re creating seamless experiences that move businesses and customers forward. As our Project Manager Intern, you’ll act as a bridge between product and technology, helping to turn epics into clear user stories and actionable technical requirements, as well as supporting communication of product roadmaps, launches, and new features across the company.What you'll be doing:
  • Collaborate in defining and refining epics, turning them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, retros, daily stand-ups).
  • Support building and communicating the product roadmap, ensuring proper visibility of new releases and features.
  • Document and share developments with the involved areas.
  • Analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to enrich backlog prioritization.
  • Contribute ideas and propose improvements in processes with initiative and openness.
Who we’re looking for
  • Advanced student or recent graduate in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of software development, APIs, or modern architectures.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
  • Native/fluent Spanish.
  • Intermediate/advanced English.
  • Strong execution and problem-solving skills — you’re not afraid to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Takes accountability and consistently owns the outcome throughout the process.
  • Embraces feedback as an opportunity for growth.
  • Naturally proactive, always looking for ways to move projects forward.
  • Comfortable speaking up and proposing bold, creative ideas that add value.
