Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.The functions corresponding to the scholarship offered are:
  • Sales Analyst Support:
Preparation and periodic distribution of activity reports of the business unit.Maintenance of Power BI ReportsDevelopment of new Power BI ReportsCollaboration in the optimization and automation of internal processes.Updating and correction of local databases.
  • Business Development Support:
Support in building of business cases.Support in making presentations:Adaptation of pre-approved templates for customer visits.Update of information for internal reports.
  • OU Support:
Field Actions Support: Coordination with other departments for the sending and follow-up of Field Actions to affected patients or customers.Support in the organization of internal events.Support in the purchase order process: Supplier registration, creation of purchase orders, monitoring of invoices and resolution of possible incidents.Support in the process of processing payments to third parties, such as donations, contributions and fees.Knowledge:
  • High level of Excel tool.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Power BI and Word.
  • Good level of English, mainly reading and writing.
Requirements:
  • Proactivity.
  • Communication and teamwork skills.
  • Desire to learn and take on new challenges.
Work Experience: Not necessary. Experience in data management will be an asset.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's/Graduate
Type of Bachelor's Degree: Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Economics.Languages:
English (Reading: High Level) / Writing: High Level / Conversation: High Level).Additional Information:- Internship agreement- Duration: 12 months (extendable + 6months)- Full time- Schedule: flexible 7:30-10_00 to 16:00-18:30.
