The Domestic Transport Specialist role at Coty promises distinctive global logistics experiences, unmatched in its field.ResponsibilitiesAs our Domestic Transport Specialist, you are responsible for Domestic transport following up, claims management and reporting.You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of transportation operations, contributing to the efficiency and compliance of our global supply chain. collaboration provides hands-on experience in the intricate details of international logistics and customs procedures.Your main focus :Analyse delivery statuses and calculate OTD.Apply your knowledge to improve and reduce claims.Collaborating with carriers to improve KpisDeep contact with different stakeholders (Customer Service, Warehousing, hauliers)Creating Customs documents.Gaining exposure to an international environment.Working for Coty means embracing diversity and self-expression while contributing to a sustainable future. As an experienced Transport Specialist, you approach challenges with meticulous planning and a detail-oriented mindset, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you:
  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or similar field
  • Experience of at least 2 years in a similar role
  • Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess and improve transportation processes.
  • SAP and Excel in using transportation management. Power Point user
Willing to learn about road, sea, and air transport, including customs procedures.Spanish and English proficient level.
