Job Title Strategy Manager - Hospitality BusinessSummaryThe Strategy Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of the Hospitality Business Unit (BU). This role will support the definition of a clear vision and mission, oversee strategic planning processes, and drive the initiatives needed to deliver on the BU’s long-term objectives.
Key responsibilities include identifying, prioritizing, and executing strategic initiatives that foster revenue growth, cost efficiency and operational excellence, and collaborate with Hospitality leaders on the required business transformation for the strategy execution. The Manager will also provide critical support to the SVP’s office through business analysis, performance monitoring, and effective stakeholder management.Key responsibilities1. Strategy Definition:Lead projects around international expansion and portfolio expansion among others.Support on the analysis of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) opportunitiesDevelop and implement strategies that align with the BU's vision, mission, strategic priorities.Conduct market analysis and identify growth and scale opportunities.2. Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the Hospitality business unit's growth and transformation.Identify key initiatives and projects that align with the BU's vision and mission.Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.3. Business Transformation Projects:Collaborate together with Hospitality leaders on the definition and implement new operating models, operational excellence initiatives, and business transformation projects.Lead project management activities to ensure successful delivery of transformation projects.4. SVP OfficeSupport on the SVP office management, including:
- Periodic reporting to top management including preparation of the required material
- Performance analysis and monitoring
- Effective stakeholders management to maximize coordination
- Identification of key opportunities / risks / synergies / overlaps among the different areas"5. Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions and successful project delivery.6. Internal Training and Development:Develop and implement training plans, including upskilling programs, to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.The ideal candidate
  • 4+ years of experience in Strategy, business transformation, organizational transformation, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing large-scale projects, ideally within a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Strategic consultancy background is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong skills in managing multiple projects and ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools and platforms to support transformation initiatives.
  • Fluent English
