- Working with the Global Key Account team to gain a clear understanding of company and account strategy and implement this within customer base in Spain, center area.
- Supporting the global and local sales team's in establishing sales objectives by account and working alongside them in deploying these initiatives.
- Establishing quickly where we believe existing and new products can resolve customer pain points and developing plans on how we can deploy in a timely manner using value-based rationale.
- Actively involved coaching, mentoring and developing the end user sales team to develop “strategic selling skills” allowing us to ensure that at all levels we manage our key accounts in a forward-looking manner.
- Ensure the implementation and follow up of global and local initiatives via the field sales team.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Ideally degree educated with 5+ years' experience in a global/ multinational technology-based company with complex B2B interactions (not service industry).
- Record of consistently strong sales performance
- Prior experience with long sales cycles (6-18 months).
- Strong interpersonal skills allied to a numerical dexterity.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
- Ideally experience in a multi-channel sales organization.
- Prior experience in partnering directly with different client audiences.
- Intermediate-High English language skill is mandatory.
