Handling multiple urgent issues in parallel is something you can deal with.This position is not based remotely. Please apply only if you are based in Madrid.Desired Skills and Experience

Customer and business support experience in software applications and testing methodologies
Experience in a technical support environment or in a system administrator role
Strong Unix/Linux expertise, including:
System configuration and maintenance
Command-line proficiency (CLI)
Solid understanding of Linux architecture
Basic networking knowledge or hands-on experience
Familiarity with DNS systems and configuration
Good understanding of core security concepts and practices
Knowledge of web infrastructure, including web servers, dispatchers, load balancing, and CDNs
Experience working with SSL/TLS certificates and secure communication protocols
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and/or Azure
Scripting skills using Bash, Python, or Perl
Task management, bug tracking, and wiki-based documentation tools like JIRA
Flexibility to acquire knowledge based on the project needs
Eligibility to work within the EU and/or Switzerland
Strong verbal and written English language skills

Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); certification is a plus
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and Git
Familiarity with CDNs such as Akamai, Fastly, CloudFront, or Imperva
Understanding of virtualization technologies and concepts
Cloud certifications (AWS preferred)
Stakeholder engagement and management experience
Previous experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role
