- Customer and business support experience in software applications and testing methodologies
- Experience in a technical support environment or in a system administrator role
- Strong Unix/Linux expertise, including:
- System configuration and maintenance
- Command-line proficiency (CLI)
- Solid understanding of Linux architecture
- Basic networking knowledge or hands-on experience
- Familiarity with DNS systems and configuration
- Good understanding of core security concepts and practices
- Knowledge of web infrastructure, including web servers, dispatchers, load balancing, and CDNs
- Experience working with SSL/TLS certificates and secure communication protocols
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and/or Azure
- Scripting skills using Bash, Python, or Perl
- Task management, bug tracking, and wiki-based documentation tools like JIRA
- Flexibility to acquire knowledge based on the project needs
- Eligibility to work within the EU and/or Switzerland
- Strong verbal and written English language skills
- Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); certification is a plus
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and Git
- Familiarity with CDNs such as Akamai, Fastly, CloudFront, or Imperva
- Understanding of virtualization technologies and concepts
- Cloud certifications (AWS preferred)
- Stakeholder engagement and management experience
- Previous experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role
