A leading mobile games studio is seeking a Senior Game Designer to join a high-performing team working on a globally successful F2P title. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a live game environment, enjoys designing engaging systems, and is passionate about player experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Own the design and iteration of core gameplay systems, features, and live events.
- Collaborate with product, art, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality player experiences.
- Analyse player data and feedback to inform design decisions.
- Contribute to the overall game vision and mentor junior designers.
- 5+ years of experience in game design, with a strong portfolio of shipped F2P titles.
- Deep understanding of game systems, economy balancing, and player engagement.
- Experience working in live game environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
