
Customer Quality Engineer

- Act as the main quality representative for customer-related issues and inquiries
- Support manufacturing and supplier teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
- Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions using industry-standard tools (8D, Ishikawa, etc.)
- Participate in internal and external audits and ensure follow-up on any non-conformities
- Manage quality documentation in accordance with APQP/PPAP processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor and improve quality KPIs
- Support new product launches and engineering changes from a quality perspective
- University degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Fluency in English; Spanish or Catalan is a plus
