- Supports a profitable portfolio of existing branded distributors, to develop existing relationships with customers and deliver profitable growth via new branded distributors acquisitions
- Participates in the development of B2B business strategic customers, and regularly reviews the direct sales risk pipeline to maximise profitability, assisting the team to maximise their effective time in attracting and retaining business
- Conducts sales activities such as volume and margin analysis, resolving customer operational issues and supervising pricing performance integrity to enhance customer perception of value
- Drives new offers, building a deep understanding of the market, and actively supports prospecting activities, developing a pipeline of opportunities through more detailed customer analysis
- Clearly articulates product and services offers in a way that demonstrates distinctiveness and can translate this differentiation into strategic customers
- Prioritises resources and activities to enable efficient process execution and confirmed growth within existing customer accounts through acquiring new branded customers
- Builds a robust plan to underpin each customer volume/ turnover delivery and identifies areas to exploit further organic growth with branded distributors
- Leads virtual customer account teams to meet customer needs drawing support from Customer Operations, GBS, and Technical Services teams including a clear delegation of responsibilities
- Supports a profitable portfolio of existing branded strategic accounts to develop existing relationships with customers and deliver profitable growth.
- Alignment with M&C business in Canary Island about synergies with potential or future customers for non strategic global accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in any field. However, business, marketing or engineering knowledge would be a plus
- Driving license. A business car will be provided by the company
- Spanish language: native level
- English language: proficiency both verbal and written C2
- Proved commercial track record in B2B
- Desirable knowledge of the assign area
- Understanding of pricing policy
- Understanding of credit policy and processes
- Ability to prepare and implement a Territory action Plan
- Strong customer focus and solid understanding of sales techniques
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills both verbal and written.
- Competitor & Industry focus on the North area (more than 10 years)
- Strong partner engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships, both face-to-face and virtually maintain positive relationships, both face-to-face and virtually
