This role is designed for a strategic individual who is keen to leverage autonomy to fosterstrong client relationships and drive growthClient Relationship: Cultivate and strengthen enduring client relationships, focusing on both retention and growth, while adeptly managing contract renewals and transitions.
- Strategic Account Development: Identify and seize opportunities for account growth and revenue generation, leveraging insights to effectively up-sell and cross-sell.
- Effective Opportunity: Clearly present potential opportunities to clients through compelling demos and business cases, ensuring they align with client objectives and needs.
- Collaborative Solution: Work in tandem with cross-functional teams, including Revenue, Product, Engineering, Customer, Marketing and Legal to ensure the delivery of comprehensive client solutions.
- Client Engagement and Insight Application: Directly engage with clients to understand their needs and objectives, translating these insights into tailored solutions that align with Signaturit’s goals.
- Performance Analysis and Pipeline Management: Regularly assess account performance, refine strategies for client success, and maintain a well-managed pipeline.
- Account Manager, your responsibilities will include, but may not be strictly limited to;
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of the sales cycle.
- Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish. French is a plus.
