Hello!At Rocket Digital we are looking for a SEO Team Lead to join the Media&Acquisition Team.The SEO Team Lead plays a critical role in driving the success of our SEO initiatives by developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies for existing and new business. This role involves overseeing a team of 7 SEO Specialists, ensuring that tactical tasks align with strategic goals, and contributing to the growth and visibility of our digital presence as an agency.The roleThe SEO Strategist Team Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Social Media, Growth, Paid, Studio and Analytics to optimize website performance and increase organic traffic of our clients.Main areas of work:DEVELOPMENT OF THE SEO AREA
  • Definition of Best Practices and service quality standards.
  • Detection and approaching of success stories (casos de éxito)
  • Definition and improvement of methodology and processes.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
  • Management of loadability and allocation of resources.
  • Team career development and 121s with Specialists.
  • Detection, management and resolution of problems, Red Flags, Risks or Others.
  • Detection of training needs and planning of training actions.
NEW BUSINESS
  • Strategic support in NB and Upsell EB proposals.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
  • Operational monitoring of Top Clients.
  • SEO support in the definition of strategies and tasks.
  • Promotion of internal and cross-channel synergies, commercial and team synergies.
Qualifications
  • You have a minimum of 5 years experience in SEO
  • you have experience in team management
  • You have agency experience
  • Languages: fluently spoken and written Spanish and English. Italian will be a plus..
