- Work closely with different levels of Criteo’s commercial organization to translate business needs and processes to solutions while prioritizing the identified requirements.
- Work out a target data model that acts as a foundation for the full sales cycle of the entire commercial organization. Translate complex business processes into simple, understandable, and easy to execute workflows.
- Act a process owner by analyzing, reflecting on current CRM process, and propose actionable, out of the box solutions that enhance process adherence and improve functionality for Sales users and maximize their outputs with automation where possible.
- Act as a subject matter expert and design best in class experience for our Sales and Account Management teams in Criteo’s CRM, while relying on industry standards and AI assisted solutions.
- Champion the use of AI, by exploring use cases in your process ownership remit and test, learn, improve along the way of scaling the adoption.
- Develop strategies to increase sales effectiveness and efficiency by fostering an organization of continuous process improvement for our sales teams.
- You have a strong business mindset, and a good understanding of how commercial teams operate. You have experience in a sales role, or a central strategic function such as sales / revenue operations or consulting.
- Analytical background gives you the ability to structure and execute complex analyses and synthesize into clear insights.
- Excellent English (speaking and writing) and ability to liaise with and present to senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving complex projects, illustrating great organizational and project management skills; ability to manage or contribute to several work streams and projects at once.
- Having worked with a CRM before is a must, and having Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, results-oriented decision making with commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work independently and with multiple functions and teams (finance, product, internal IT…).
