Upto €45kA leading mobile games studio is hiring a Senior QA Analyst to join one of its most successful casual titles. This hybrid role (3 days/week onsite) is based outside of Barcelona in another major Spanish City.
You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional pod, supporting feature and content releases from concept to post-launch. The ideal candidate brings strong QA leadership, hands-on testing experience, and a passion for quality in live mobile games.Key Responsibilities:
- Own the quality output of your pod across all stages of development.
- Develop detailed test plans, cases, and suites tailored to evolving features.
- Maintain a clean and prioritised bug database.
- Lead onboarding and coordination with embedded QA partners.
- Collaborate with developers, customer support, and live teams to resolve issues.
- Monitor app health metrics (e.g. crash rates, ANRs) and act proactively.
- Champion defect prevention and user experience improvements.
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Experience with JIRA or similar bug tracking tools.
- Familiarity with mobile platforms and submission protocols.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business priorities.
- Exposure to the full game development lifecycle.
- Ability to multitask across multiple high-profile releases.
Relocation & Visa Support: Spain-only relocation preferred

Salary Range: Up to EUR 45k (SLIGHT negotiation MIGHT be possible for a very strong candidate)
