- Graduate or Post-graduate degree in computer science and system engineering.
- 10+ years of work experience within complex industrial systems with real-time and/or safety constraints
- Excellent knowledge in the field of embedded software development (RTOS, Linux)
- Strong knowledge in Linux hypervisors and virtualization
- Strong knowledge of system engineering best practices and related methodologies & tools
- Strong knowledge of components used in digital platforms (microprocessors and microcontrollers, memories, etc.) as well as the architectures and internal functioning of processors
- Strong C/C++ development skills
- Strong networking experience
- Experience on cyber security, in particular in the industrial domain (e.g. IEC 62443) would be appreciated
- Experienced in creating and assessing reference architectures.
- Knowledge of industrial application level standards, such as IEC 61850 and OPC UA
- Enjoy learning and introducing new technologies to help colleagues and partners

- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze problems and develop
- actionable and appropriate tactical plans
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate

- Ability to build consensus and followership with key stakeholders, and drive change
- English language proficiency required
