- Coordinating the implementation of B2B eCommerce platforms across different business units of the group, ensuring alignment with the roadmaps defined by the central digital department.
- Monitoring and tracking key performance metrics for eCommerce channels (conversion KPIs, adoption, usage, retention, etc.), generating reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Leading the strategy and rollout of SaaS solutions for clients in designated countries: from planning and technical deployment to defining the business model and pricing strategy.
- Defining and coordinating the resources needed to support SaaS models, including technical support, training, documentation, and customer service.
- Acting as a liaison between local companies and the central digital department, ensuring smooth communication, aligned priorities, and effective adoption of global digital tools and strategies.
- Identifying local needs and translating them into functional requirements, collaborating with development, IT, and digital product teams to drive continuous improvement.
- 5 to 8 years of prior experience in digital environments, especially B2B eCommerce or SaaS.
- Active involvement in digital platform implementation projects, including stakeholder management, KPI definition, and roadmap tracking.
- Experience in defining and/or deploying SaaS business models, preferably in industrial, tech, or service sectors.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional and multinational teams, acting as a bridge between local and central units.
- Solid knowledge of corporate digital tools such as CRMs, ERPs, eCommerce platforms, and analytics solutions.
- Fluent English is a must. German language skills will be considered a plus.
- Experience in digital transformation within large companies or in strategic/digital consulting, and/or experience in building digital-native business models.
- Familiarity with digital monetization models (freemium, pay-per-use, licensing).
- Experience in organizational change management related to the adoption of digital tools.
- Knowledge of customer experience in digital environments.
