- Onboard our new Italian customers by assisting them via video call and e-mail until Factorial is fully implemented in their organization.
- Bring a consultative approach to customers to ensure a fully customized experience setting up their accounts.
- Understand our client's problems and needs and gather their feedback.
- Share improvement points that can help us create the best customer journey and unlock the market
- Proactive: you will need to find the best way to ensure your accounts are fully activated and that clients have the best experience implementing Factorial
- Fast Learner: you can quickly become an expert on the software and it's easy for you to keep up-to-date with product updates
- Problem-solving mindset: the ability to propose alternative solutions and workarounds to answer unexpected requests from clients
- Good sense of analysis: while onboarding our clients, you will have to understand the specificities of the market and translate this knowledge into information that can be used by the Product team to further improve our solution
- Speak native-level of Italian
- Previous experience as an Onboarding Specialist/Implementation owner or experience in Client Success is a plus.
- Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus!
