- BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience in a field that demonstrates transferable skills.
- C2 level of German and a high level of English (both written and spoken).
- Proven sales experience, with the ability to win people over and convince clients rapidly.
- Strong resilience and the ability to handle a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience working with targets and achieving high-volume sales results.
- Prior experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving client issues and enhancing their experience, is highly valued.
- Strong customer-facing experience, particularly in a service-focused capacity.
- Ability to work efficiently in a changing environment, adapting to new challenges and priorities.
