- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Life sciences
- 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the research laboratory industry.
- Prior management experience preferred
- Proficient in English, in word and writing
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills, and capable of delivering excellent customer service
- Consistent record of leadership in establishing goals and achieving results
- Possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet expectations as needed
- Willing to travel to customer locations, if needed
