We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with strong telecom industry expertise and a deep understanding of Midmarket and SMB customer segments, which are mandatory for this role. Experience with SoHo, Enterprise, and B2C segments will be considered an advantage.This role will play a key role in both the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies for telecom partners globally. Will be responsible for crafting and delivering compelling product messaging and positioning that simplifies the technical depth of Acronis’ solutions for telecom operators and their end customers. The ability to translate complexity into clarity will be critical in helping telecoms successfully market and sell Acronis services.WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Participate in the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies tailored to the telecom industry.
- Develop clear and differentiated product messaging and positioning for telecom providers and their customer segments.
- Focus on Midmarket and SMB as core target segments, while also supporting SoHo, Enterprise, and B2C when applicable.
- Translate technical product features into customer-centric value propositions for both telecoms and their end users.
- Build sales and marketing enablement content including: pitch decks, case studies, competitive battlecards, sales enablement kits, FAQs, etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, product management, campaigns, partner success teams, etc.
- Drive market awareness, partner enablement, and demand generation through segment-relevant messaging.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing within the telecom industry.
- Demonstrated success working with Midmarket and SMB segments — this experience is mandatory.
- Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native) and English is required.
- Strong understanding of telecom business models, current industry trends, and customer buying behaviors.
- Experience with SoHo, Enterprise, and B2C markets is a plus.
- Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different business audiences.
- Excellent content creation skills balancing technical accuracy and business clarity.
- Experience supporting partner ecosystems, sales teams, and channel-driven go-to-market motions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented and collaborative mindset; able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
