  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
  • You have solid previous experience (more than 5 years) developing robust and scalable frontend applications
  • You are looking for challenges to expand your skills and aspire to technical leadership roles such as Staff or Principal Developer
  • Strong knowledge of Software Engineering design patterns
  • You have demonstrable experience working with React, TypeScript, JavaScript in building web applications. Knowledge of other web developments technologies is highly valued
  • You are familiar with and have practical experience with AWS
  • You master the definition and implementation of software development best practices, ensuring code quality and maintainability
  • You feel comfortable and enjoy working in agile and dynamic environments, adapting to changes and actively contributing to planning
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with the technical team and other stakeholders
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish
What will you do?
  • Oversee the external development and maintenance of web applications, ensuring software quality and efficiency
  • Define and implement software development best practices (such as CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews) across different projects
  • Define and track a set of metrics to evaluate the health of applications: monitoring performance, stability, and code quality
  • Develop tools and software components for horizontal use across a large number of applications
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to define and estimate new features and products
  • Enhancing the importance of team unity so that everyone feels part of the project and the company
