- Identify and qualify potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Reach out to prospects through calls, email, and professional networks.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to align on strategies and achieve shared business goals.
- Native / fluent in English (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and verbal.
- at least 2 years of proven success in B2B sales.
- Must have proven experience within UK markets as sales manager, or in a senior sales role.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to establish rapport, build trust, and foster strong client relationships.
