Position: Sales ManagerLocation: Barcelona, Spain (secondary location Amsterdam)Employment type: Full-timeWork model: on siteDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify and qualify potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Reach out to prospects through calls, email, and professional networks.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align on strategies and achieve shared business goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Native / fluent in English (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and verbal.
  • at least 2 years of proven success in B2B sales.
  • Must have proven experience within UK markets as sales manager, or in a senior sales role.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Ability to establish rapport, build trust, and foster strong client relationships.
