We’re headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.JOB DESCRIPTION:JOB DESCRIPTION:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Intern to join our GRC & DP team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Corporate Compliance and other related matters pertaining to the GRC & DP function. The ideal candidate is a student of Law and Business Administration (or at minimum, Law), with a strong interest in corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and ethical business practices.ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the development and implementation of the company’s Compliance Framework.
  • Assist in the analysis and documentation of criminal liability risk assessments and related compliance exercises.
  • Provide support in reviewing and updating internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Data Protection team on matters related to GDPR compliance and data privacy initiatives.
  • Assist in the review of contractual clauses from a compliance and risk perspective.
  • Conduct legal and regulatory research on compliance-related topics.
  • Help prepare training materials and internal communications to promote compliance awareness.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to support Compliance team activities.
  • Contribute to the monitoring and reporting of compliance metrics as appropriate.
SKILLS
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Interest in corporate compliance, data protection, and legal risk management.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and contribute.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Law and Business Administration (preferred) or Law (minimum requirement).
  • Academic background or coursework in compliance, corporate law, or data protection is a plus.
  • Languages: English is a must; Spanish would be a plus

  • Collaborating with multiple departments with the Compliance team support.
