
Account Manager (Automotive) - fluent Chinese & English

- Develop existing and new contacts within the automotive industry, aiming at detecting project opportunities with special emphasis on forging long-term relationships
- Develop the sales volume with Chinese clients and partners in Europe
- Manage and support the communication and link between IDIADA Group and the clients during all the activities checking continuously the client's satisfaction
- Support the integration of Chinese Sales teams in Europe and enhance communication with our technical experts in Spain
- Maintain an overview on the on-going project (Engineering / Testing) supporting the technical team located in l'Albornar or in other locations in Europe
- Canvass operations, obtain requests for quotations, prepare and defend proposals related principally to Engineering and Testing
- Promote sales actions related to Chinese clients and partners (Visits / Events / Marketing / Contracts / NDAs / Others)
- Implement the sales strategy for Chinese customers in Europe, according to the corporate guidelines.
- Support the invoicing and collection activities in close contact with the Chinese clients and partners
- Continuous sales margin improvement
- Deep knowledge of the Chinese culture and Chinese protocol
- Good communication skills and confidence in discussions at different hierarchical levels

- Bachelor's degree in engineering with Mechanical or Automotive specialization, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferably in the automotive industry
- Fluency in Chinese and English required
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
