- Search and list properties in the Valencia area.
- Manage and contact leads, mostly international, as well as generate your own leads, creating your own portfolio of clients.
- Perform market analysis to estimate the value of the property.
- Direct contact both with the owner to advertise their property and with the client to arrange viewings.
- Show properties and follow up with potential buyers.- Maintain an updated list of available properties and provide feedback after each visit in the CRM.
- Availability to be self-employed (autónomo)
- To have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Real Estate sales.
- You are passionate about sales and the Real Estate sector.
- You are proactive, dynamic and like to work in dynamic and flexible environments.
- You enjoy working in an autonomous way, and you have a clear orientation to objectives and results.
- Be fluent in English and Spanish, and preferably also French/Dutch.
