We are looking for a Data Migration Specialist to support a global S/4HANA rollout. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing data migration activities, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance throughout the process. You will work closely with the Master Data Manager, project team, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, plan, and manage the end-to-end data migration process.Collaborate with project teams to identify, troubleshoot, document, and communicate data migration needs.Monitor risks and potential impacts as part of the migration plan.Support data cleaning and validation activities.Contribute to the development of best practices, processes, and standards for data migration.Perform source system data analysis and define transformation methods for source-to-target mapping.Execute migration and testing of master data and transactional data into S/4HANA.Carry out audits, reconciliation, and exception reporting, and propose improvements.What We’re Looking ForStrong technical knowledge of SAP data objects.Hands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading into SAP ECC or S/4HANA.Ability to troubleshoot data migration issues effectively.Excellent communication skills, able to interact with both business and functional teams.Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).Leadership skills to drive migration execution.Willingness to travel up to 20% during the global deployment phase.Ability to work in a multicultural environment with autonomy, rigor, responsibility, and team spirit.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.Location
