- Sales: Drive client acquisition across mid-market and enterprise, owning the full sales cycle from lead to delivery.
- Revenue ownership: Manage a clear revenue target and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline.
- Marketing & brand: Run local campaigns, partnerships, and initiatives that position Workfully as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Community building: Organize and host HR and recruiter events, strengthen our network, and represent Workfully at major conferences.
