
Business Intelligence Analyst (AWS Data Lake & Redshift)

- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports to visualize business insights.
- Work with large datasets in AWS Data Lake, Redshift, and other AWS data services.
- Optimize ETL processes using AWS Glue, Lambda, and Step Functions.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security within AWS environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
- Monitor and optimize Redshift clusters for performance and cost efficiency.
- Implement data governance best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and dashboards.
- Bachelor¿s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- English fluency (minimum C1 level) is required, as department leads are located in France (Europe) and the USA.
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Redshift, AWS Data Lake, Glue, Athena, and related AWS services.
- Strong experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.
- Knowledge of ETL tools and processes within AWS environments.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization for AWS Redshift and large-scale data warehouses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics ¿ Specialty, AWS Solutions Architect).
- Experience with data lake architecture and data cataloging tools.
- Familiarity with machine learning or predictive analytics within AWS.
- Experience with version control and CI/CD practices for data pipelines.
