That's why we need a QM Equipments & Facilities Specialist like you.Role MissionIts main mission will be to ensure that all critical production, quality control, and systems equipment are qualified, complying with requirements, regulatory standards (GMP, FDA, EMA), and internal policies.What your responsibilities will be
  • You will monitor and document incidents that arise related to systems, facilities, and equipment.
  • You will oversee the follow-up of corrective or preventive actions arising from the incidents that arise.
  • You will analyze results trends.
  • You will prepare system, equipment, or facility review reports based on the collected and analyzed data.
  • You will coordinate monitoring teams to communicate assessments and trends.
  • You will review documentation describing the operations and sampling of equipment and facilities.
  • You will review validation and qualification documentation associated with systems, equipment, and facilities.
  • You will prepare and submit documentation requested for audits conducted by national and international organizations and other companies.

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Master's or postgraduate degree in the pharmaceutical sector (Valuable).
  • Advanced level of English - C1. (Necessary).
  • 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, sterile area (Highly Advantageous).
  • Experience in GMP environments and basic statistics.
  • You have knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
  • You define yourself as a curious person with strong analytical and synthesis skills, oriented toward proposing data-driven solutions and, ultimately, continuous improvement.
  • You possess strong communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
