Todos los profesionales y empresas del Grupo Planeta compartimos unos principios que tienen como base las personas, la ética, la calidad y la excelencia en el trabajo.Descripción de la ofertaAt , we are looking for a Project Manager (animación y ficción) to join our team at our offices in Barcelona.Mission: we are looking for a Production Manager responsible for overseeing over the line all the coproductions from the client side working closely and reporting to the Head of production. Being responsible for scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control, while also managing partners teams and fostering communication between different departments.Key Resposabilities:
  • Project Planning and Scheduling:
Developing , managing and mantain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Communication and Reporting:
Communicating with stakeholders and studio partners, preparing production reports, and providing updates on progress and issues.
  • Budget Management:
Estimating costs , monitor and manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Ensuring production stays within financial constraints.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
Track project progress from the client side, prepare regular status reports to HOP, and maintain accurate projects documentation.RequisitosWhat we would like to see in your CV?
  • Higher education.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Fluent Catalan, English and Spanish.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of 2D/3D animation pipelines and workflows. Knowledge in VFX it's a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proven ability to manage budgets and resources.
  • Time Management: Feeling confortable prioritizing tasks and managing time
  • Leadership and Communication Skills:Ability to motivate and guide teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve production issues, analyze data, and implement solutions.
