- Native Danish speaker with B2 level proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support.
