- Deploy and reinforce the Quality procedures and strategy to TPMs and improve Quality processes and standards
- Ensure Coty Product manufactured at TPMs meet Coty Specification, Quality Protocols and requirements
- Assess the level of Quality and Good Manufacturing Practices at TPMs to be compliance with Coty Quality standards and Business needs
- Deploy the global TPM Qualification program. Lead TPM QA qualification and onboarding for new TPMs/sites till exit.
- Prepare and ensure adherence to the Audit Plan. Audit, coach TPMs and build capability
- Monitor and improve TPM performance. Ensure QA Scorecard KPIs (Key performance indicators) are timely reported, analyzed and populated. Collaborates cross functionally in the supply chain to achieve all KPI's. Drive continuous improvement within ExO organization and TPMs
- Ensures on time Product release. Manage New Initiatives ensuring Quality tools and requirements are enforced and available for the finished good release.
- Pursue standardization across TPMs and within ExO organization. Liaison between Coty departments (R&D, Marketing, QA, TechPack, ExO Operations and WWP) and TPMs to ensure process for manufacturing a Quality Product are efficient and enforced.
- Manage, report and investigate any product nonconformance and complaints. Lead Quality Incident and Alert process, root cause identification and subsequent action plan and follow up. Provide technical support on any Quality and compliance troubleshooting on Coty Products.
- Coordinate the direct reports within the pillar/area in scope. Coach and develop the Team. Monitor the workload and performance of the direct reports.
- Lead Quality Projects as needed
- Maintains and updates Quality Documentation
- Change management
- Provide timely visibility to Quality Management of any risk, constrain or noncompliance deviation.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager. Management Back up
- Proactive GAP analysis and trend identification. Draft strategy to improve Quality goals and TPM performance
- A successfully completed technical Bachelor's degree (4 year) as Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, etc
- 3 year of Quality Managemnt, supervisory experience
- Minimum 10-year experience and deep knowledge of Quality Systems, GMPs, Quality Control and Industrial Processes.
- Experienced GMP and process Auditor, strong understanding of GMP/Quality risks
- Ability identifies root-cause, recommend options, prioritize and implement appropriate solutions.
- Capacity to effectively manage people, programs, and Projects
- Strong sense of individual accountability and ownership
- Works independently, requiring little supervisory direction
- Able to handle large volumes of work and change priorities as needed
- Ms Office and SAP knowledge
- Backgound in Cosmetic Industry is desired
- Fluent written and spoken English skills is a must
