What are you going to do?
  • Gain a deep understanding of Allianz’s insurance operating model and associated risks, including governance systems and the end-to-end effectiveness of processes across all lines of defense.
  • Lead and participate in audit projects, ensuring adherence to established methodologies and deadlines, both locally and in Group-wide initiatives.
  • Conduct audits of financial, operational, business, and compliance processes to assess internal controls and governance systems, ensuring risks remain within the defined appetite.
  • Evaluate the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of internal control systems to ensure operational continuity and compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Maintain and update the audit platform, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with auditees to understand risks, promote improvements, and present audit findings.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in audit and risk management.
  • Support the development and enhancement of audit frameworks and tools.
  • Assist in the risk assessment process to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with audit policies, standards, and legal, regulatory, and Group requirements.
  • Manage databases and apply data analytics techniques to support audit activities.
What do we need from you?
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Proven experience in audit, risk management, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in audit tools and data analytics platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
