- Coordinate the hiring process from search to offer stage, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and keep everyone aligned and up to date.
- Conduct high-impact first-round interviews that effectively assess core competencies, motivation, and role fit, driving subsequent pipeline quality and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to continuously build relevant expertise on IOTA’s technology, culture, and the broader DLT/Web3 ecosystem, enabling deeper alignment and more informed hiring decisions.
- 2+ years of experience in tech recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Operational mindset, driven to keep processes moving, anticipating roadblocks and delivering results efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.
- Comfortable using tools and data to optimize hiring workflows. Familiar with ATS systems, pipeline metrics, documentation and AI-based tools.
- Genuine curiosity for both people and technology: excited by IOTA’s mission and driven to understand the humans powering decentralized change.
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Experience hiring for Web3/ DLT roles, particularly in protocol-level engineering.
- Participant in Web3 communities (e.g., Discord, Twitter, GitHub) or familiarity with how talent moves and engages within the ecosystems.
- This is a 12-month fixed-term and part-time (~20 hours) position with the goal of extension depending on IOTA’s growth. We’re committed to building long-term relationships wherever we can.
