- Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide Agile transformation strategies within Allianz Technology in collaboration with other operating entities.
- Develop and implement the Agile operating model, transformation strategy, policies, and standards.
- Provide expert-level coaching and training to all levels of the organization on Agile principles, practices, and tools.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for Agile transformation initiatives.
- Enable data-driven ways of working to track impact through Agile metrics, e.g. OKRs, lead time, flow efficiency.
- Continuously assess and improve the organization's Agile maturity and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Lead global and local Agile community initiatives to ensure capability and community building.
- University degree in business management, technology-related field or equivalent experience in consulting with a focus on Agile
- Proven track record of leading large scale Agile transformations involving Business and IT
- Strong knowledge of organizational design, change management, and at least one scaled Agile approach, e.g. SaFe, LeSS, Flight Levels
- Critical, data-driven approach to transformation
- Strong interpersonal skills including coaching, communicating, and managing conflict
- Proven stakeholder management up to C-level executives
- Understand the difference between coaching and consulting, when to apply which approach, and when to shift accordingly
- Fluency in English
- Ability to travel
- Relevant Agile certifications (e.g. ICP-ACC, CSP)
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Miro
- Fluency in Spanish, German, and other languages
