At Philipp Plein, a renowned international luxury fashion brand, we are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Flagship Store in Barcelona.
Your Mission
You will represent the brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our international clientele, embodying the unique DNA of Philipp Plein, and contributing to the store’s commercial success.
Responsibilities:
  • Advise and build loyalty with national and international clients through exclusive, personalised service.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain the store’s impeccable image and presentation in line with brand standards.
  • Foster a positive and dynamic working environment, supporting your teammates.
  • Assist with operational store tasks (restocking, inventory control, visual merchandising).

  • Fluency in English is essential; a second language (French, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, etc.) will be highly valued.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in retail, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
  • Proactive, dynamic, results-driven profile with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for fashion and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
