You will coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, Purchasing) to ensure projects meet scope, quality, timing, and cost targets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute programs exceeding customer and internal expectations.
  • Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Manage product changes, risks, and milestones.
  • Coordinate activities across global teams.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5+ years' project management experience in automotive (mechanics preferred).
  • Strong communication skills; fluent in English & Spanish (French a plus).
  • Proactive, accountable, resilient leader.
