, we are a technology company operating globally and providing innovate solutions and products in highly demanding sectors.Our areas of activity are Aerospace, Defense & Security, Big Science, Biotechnology and Fintech.In develops safer and more reliable defense systems through technology, including unmanned aerial systems (UAVs), sensing systems, command and control software, and aiming systems.We are looking for a Aerodynamics UAV Engineer with the mission to design, develop and optimize UAV systems and components.Tasks to be performed:
  • Aerodynamic design of UAV platforms, both fixed-wing and rotary-wing.
  • Knowledge of aerodynamic simulation tools (XFLR5 / FLUENT / OPENFOAM) is highly valued.
  • Preparation of technical and manufacturing documentation for UAV platforms.
  • Preparation and execution of UAV test plans, both in the laboratory and in flight.
Required skills, experience and candidate profile:
  • Aeronautical or industrial engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in UAV platforms.
  • Experience with Catia or SolidWorks design software.
  • Knowledge of aerodynamic calculations and flight mechanics is essential.
  • Experience with Matlab, Python or similar sofware environments for aircraft modelling.
  • Knowledge of assembly, manufacturing and maintenance processes for UAV platforms.
  • Knowledge of drone piloting is valued.
  • Knowledge of aerodynamic simulation tools (XFLR5 / FLUENT / OPENFOAM) is valued.
  • Level B2-C1 English.
