Portfolio ManagementManage and grow a portfolio of 800–1,200 hotels, including individual properties and chains (regional/global).Strengthen commercial relationships and ensure optimal partner engagement using self-service tools.Support onboarding of new partners delivered by the Acquisition and Onboarding team.Digital Strategy & AutomationImplement and promote the digital supplier model across the portfolio.Drive automation in supplier interactions, focusing on self-management of inventory, rates, content, and campaigns.Identify and suggest improvements to streamline and automate the end-to-end supplier journey.Commercial OptimizationIncrease partner competitiveness, availability, and participation in promotional campaigns.Maximize conversion to Prime Supplier status and improve share-of-wallet.Execute ~50 actions weekly (calls, emails, campaign invitations) to drive TTV and booking growth.Reduce cost-to-serve while enhancing partner satisfaction and performance.Data & ReportingAccurately log supplier interactions using Salesforce and Salesloft.Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators related to revenue, competitiveness, and partner behavior.Collaborate with Area Managers or Senior Market Managers to align strategies and identify areas for improvement.Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with internal teams such as Operations, GFS, and Global Chains.Participate in weekly team meetings to review portfolio performance and campaign outcomes.Help refine and enhance the company’s digital transformation journey by providing structured feedback.Position RequirementsSkillsStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsHighly organized, results-oriented, and proactiveAdaptable and self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindsetComfortable working independently and managing large portfoliosCustomer-focused and confident in phone-based engagementExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in managing commercial accountsAt least 1 year in Sourcing, Operations, or MarketingPrevious experience in the travel or hospitality industry is essentialQualificationsDiploma or University degree preferred (not mandatory)Fluency in English and FrenchData analysis & KPIs and metrics monitoringBusiness Intelligence tools knowledge for data visualization & comprehensionPresentations designCRM platforms basic knowledge for data consultation & tracking interactionsYou will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world´s leading travel services provider.
