She/he is also responsible for taking reservations if it necessary and strives to enhance the guest experience in order to continually improve the performance of the TBC SPA atMandarin Ritz Oriental.Tus tareas- To create the first positive impression to the guests by greeting them in a warm welcoming manner-by name addressed. Provide SPA tours to cabin and other facilities.
- To assess the persons requirements before attempting (or suggesting) any specific therapies.
- Carries out the beauty treatments and massages offered by the Spa in accordance with theTBC's treatment standards and protocols.
- Delivering the highest standard of treatments according LQA standards.
- Up-selling SPA Treatments and products where possible.
- Responsible for achieving retail sales targets as set by the Spa Manager.
- Encourage clients to return to the spa by recommending an ongoing treatment programme and cross selling the other Beauty Centers.
- Attend all scheduled meetings, classes and training sessions.
- Ensure spa rooms are kept clean and tidy according to spa checklist and health and safety standards.
- Be in charge of stock management( inventories, orders.etc..)
- Carrying out basic Spa reception duties if required ( answer calls, bookings, if it necessary)REQUIERED SKILSS/ABILITIES- Excellent personal grooming and presentation skills.
- Must possess outstanding customer service, organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Flexibility in regards to scheduling. Must have availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, holidays, and mornings shifts
- Fluency in English is compulsory whereas other international language skills shall be advantageousEDUCATION & RESPONSABILITIES- Licensed in massage therapy and cosmetology or aesthetics.
- Must possess the skill required to perform various types of massage: Sports, Deep Tissue, HotStone, Aromatherapy, Osteopathy -required
